It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lyle Kahmeyer of Pretty Prairie, Kansas, born in Nashville, Kansas, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard F. Kahmeyer and Velma E. Kahmeyer (Knuth); his son Craig Kahmeyer; his brother Lannis Kahmeyer; and his brother-in-law Randy Goetz.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Pendergrass; his children, Kevin Kahmeyer (Jeri-Lynn) of Tampa Bay, FL, Tracy Shahan (Gerald) of Adair, OK, Scott Kahmeyer of Sapulpa, OK and Penny Allen of Wichita; his stepchildren, Joe Pendergrass (Jo) of Cassoday, Leroy Pendergrass (Sherri) of Hutchinson, John Barrett (Shawnda) of Hutchinson and Sharon Christner (Randy) of Hutchinson; and his sister Vicki Goetz of Wichita. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
