He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Joe, George, Scott, Matthew, Holly, Heather, Julie and Leaetta; his stepchildren, Bobby, Jessica and Ashley; his sister Pam Ireland; and his nieces and nephews, Sammy Jr., Sheila, Jeremy, Lisa and Ron.
