He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Kay Mattox (Lightfoot) and Wayne Mattox; his daughters, Hailey McNally (Hayden) and Sydney Mattox; his siblings, Dana Broockerd (Doug), Craig Mattox (Kerry), Dan Mattox (Loura) and Mark Mattox (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Casey, Caiden, Conner, Chloe and Claire; and his girlfriend DeAnna Rice. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
