She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper McCullough and Gloria O'Rear McCullough; her son Travis McCullough; and her siblings, Jimmy, Peggy, Nancy and Patty Jo.
She is survived by: her sons, Jared and Larry Swartz; her grandchildren, Lilliona Brown, Alexandria Swartz, Phoebe Swartz, Maddison Hemelrick and Jeopardy Swartz; and her great grandchildren, Avelynn Newberry, Jackson Travis Benham, Daryn Decker Jr. and Dakoda Keith Hemerick.
