He is survived by: his former wife Donna Moreland; his wife Karen Simmons (Lynch); his stepdaughter Jerri Marie; his children, Sherry Elkins (Rick), Jerri Leis (Tom), Nikki Simmons and Larry Carpenter (Kristy); his grandchildren, Madison, Hannah, Katie, Justin, Kelsey, Trey, Toby, Keegan, Weston and Anna; and his close friend Diana Campbell.
