He is survived by: his mother Wanda King (Gardner); his stepfather Lowell Chambers of Emporia, KS.; his stepdaughter April Collicott (Brian); his grandsons, Michael and Nickolas Collicott of Hastings, NE; his sisters, Susan Johnson (Daniel) of Emporia, KS and Linda Cunningham (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Jill, Matt, Carla, Randall and Marsha. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
