He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Mead and Peggy A. Mead (Wallace). He is survived by: his wife Janell Marie Mead (McFall); his daughters, Kristina Keeling of Pratt and Bethany Mullins of Pratt; his siblings, Danny Mead (Karla) of Pratt, Tim Mead (Robin) of Van Lear, Kentucky and Sharilyn Mead of Corpus Christi, Texas; and his grandchildren, Gage Barbour, Corbin Keeling, Kyrian Keeling, Tegan Mullins, Logan Mullins and Riddick Mullins.

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital or Donor Choice in care of Larrison Mortuary.
