He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Norris and Marie Norris (Cannon); and his wife Carol Norris (Blurton). He is survived by: his daughter Kaylene Black (Jarrod) of Pratt; his granddaughter Charlee Black of Pratt; his brother Tom Norris (Monica) of Hutchinson; his nephew Matthew Norris of Hutchinson; his nieces, Amanda Norris of Hutchinson and Hannah Norris of Hutchinson; and his close friend Bernelle Miller (Deanna) of Hutchinson.
