She was predeceased by: her mother Bessie Leona Burcher Hargadine; her husband Joe Dean; her siblings, Myron Hargadine and Gloria Horne; and her father William Lee Hargadine.
She is survived by: her friends, Puzzles, Sodoku and Crosswords; her children, Scott Dean (Brenda) of Pratt, Roxann McKenzie (Jim) of Fort Collins, CO and Candace Jackson (Alan) of Pratt; her brother Les Hargadine (Margie); her grandchildren, Shawn Jackson of Kyle Jackson, B. J, Skylar Dean, Karli Garton and Taryn Conkle; and her great grandchildren, Clara Jackson, June Jackson, Ryder Jackson, Austin Jackson, Petey, Ness Garton, Bryson, Owen and Nolan Conkle.
In Lieu of flower's, memorials may be made to Pratt Public Library, Pratt Public School Foundation and Interim Hospice in care of Larrison Funeral Home Pratt, Kansas.
