She is survived by: her husband Nick; her children, Ezra James Mardock, Dmitri Jude Mardock and Eliza Janelle Mardock of Pratt; her siblings, Nicholas Heim (Shelby) of Pratt, Ty Wing of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Matthew Sellers of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Amanda Gurr of Pratt, Deborah Farr (Ryan) of Tulsa and Callie Kuhns of Hutchinson; her grandmother Mary Heim of Hutchinson; her aunt Marajah Spreier of Pratt; her uncle Raymond Gates (Lovelita) of Derby; and her stepfather Bobby Wing of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
