He is survived by: his wife Kay Lesh of Pratt; his daughters, Stephanie A Sewell (Steve) of Overland Park and Susan L. Mayberry (Chris) of Pratt; his brother Gregg Lesh of Wichita; his grandchildren, Sydney Warden (Blaine) of Leawood, Shannon Sewell of Overland Park, Thomas Mayberry of Pratt and Madison Nicholas (Blade) of Kansas City; his niece Kerri Lesh; and his nephews, Andrew Lesh (Mary), Rick Lorentz, Jay Lorentz, Joel Lorentz and Ryan Lorentz.
