He was predeceased by: his parents, James Logan and Margaret Ann Hall (Cook); his children, Thad Lyle Hall and Melita Sue Hall; his grandchild Cheyanne Lorraine Carter; and his great grandchild Briar June Wilks.
He is survived by: his wife Ecile Eilene Hall (DeGarmo) of Wellsford; his children, Justina Toombs (Doug) of Hooker, Oklahoma, Daniel Hall (Cindy) of Wellsford and Bobby Carter (Connie Johnson) of Pratt; and his grandchildren, Amy Wilks (Matthew), Tabitha Mehlhorn (Tom), Brandy Trout (Dustin), Samantha Hall, Brandon Carter and Logan Hall (Kelsey). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Wilmore Cemetery in care of Larrison Mortuary.
