She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Eubank of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Jim Eubank (Robin) of Kayenta, Arizona; her daughter-in-law Carol Eubank of Coats; her sister Martha Norris of Pratt; her grandchildren, Christopher Eubank (Terra) of Coats, Dustin Eubank (Sara) of Coats, Ryan Eubank (Sarah) of Pratt, Elspeth Acosta (Sam) of Colorado Springs, Josiah Eubank of San Antonio, Wendy Chavez (Randy) of Dallas and April Kretchman (Tim) of Meyersdale, Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Gaby Lynn Eubank, Kami Janae Eubank, Alexis Margaret Eubank, Aurora Mildred Eubank, Emmett Charles Eubank, Levi John Acosta, William Beau Acosta, Noah James Ansell, Chantelle Marie Ankeny (Josh), Emily Patrice Sayler and Elizabeth Krenn Sayler; her great great grandchild Griffin; and her close friend Teresea Flory.
