He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Buck Lewis and Lucy Lewis; his siblings, Lana, Niki and Van; his wife Ruth; and his children, Shawna Schneider (Greg), Michelle Stivers (Mike) and Mike Lewis (Jake).

Memorials may be made to Hope Center, Dementia Society of America or Interim Hospice in care of Larrison Mortuary.
