He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cyril, Celie Mae Pinger, Jimmie and Freda Futrell. He is survived by: his parents, John Futrell and Pat Futrell (Pinger) of Pratt; his brother James "Jay" Anthony Futrell (Lindsey) of Lawrence; and his nephews, Thomas Allen Futrell and Johnny Austin Futrell.
