He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Delbert Helsel and Orpha Deselms (Leonard); his siblings, Vera Alice Scott and William Richard Helsel; and his son-in-law Robert Divine.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Helsel (Branch); his daughters, Christina Helsel and Mary Divine (Tron Kitson); his grandchildren, Conrad Burns of Pratt and Audrey Burns of Pratt; and his sister Margorie Long (Allen) of St. John. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to Pratt Area Humane Society or Alzheimer Association in care of Larrison Mortuary.
