She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley J Swinson and Jessie Swinson (Bell); her husband Floyd "Smokey" Leon Ford; her daughter Jana D Cannon; and her siblings, Bobby Ray Swinson and Rosmary Swinson.
She is survived by: her sons, Eldon Ford (Brenda) of Pratt and Steven Todd Ford of St. John; her son-in-law Chris Cannon of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Michael E. Ford of Brooklyn, Ryan E. Ford (Brittany) of Pratt, Cameron T. Ford of Lawrence, Cassie J. Mardis of Pratt, Jessica K. Cannon of Hutchinson and Christopher Todd Cannon (Alisha) of Gunter, Texas; her great grandchildren, Blair Victoria Cannon, Davis Ford Cannon, Bailee Farr, Breane Thayne (Matt), Brooke Farr and Dani Farr; her great great grandchild Taylee Farr; and her sister Maribel Ford (John) of Maize.
