She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Knop and Mildred Knop; her siblings, Blossom Knop Newell, George Knop, Caroline Knop Jorns and Bill Knop; her niece Georgia Newell King; her nephews, Kc Jorns, Mike Knop and Darrel Knop; and her son-in-law Wayne Stephens.

She is survived by : her sister Vivian Locke; her daughter Kathy Moffitt (Michael); and her grandchildren, Leah Clark (Tyler), Kara Knaub (Jody) and Jeff Stephens (Camille). She is also survived by 4 great-grandsons.

As a final gift to her beloved Belizeans, Marilyn requested donations of Flip-flops instead of flowers.
