It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madlyn Lorene Rice (Pratt, Kansas), born in Greensburg, Kansas, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sonia Wirth and Vernon Wirth; her husband Mark Rice; and her brother Victor Wirth (Monte). She is survived by: her daughter Carol Thompson of San Jose, CA; her niece Deborah Bane of Edwardsville, IL; her nephew Van Wirth of Strongsville, OH; her cousins, Chris Wirth of Firestone, CO and Steve Gilham of Waukomis, MO.; and also Mark Jackman.
