He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward Lieurance and Adeline Evelyn Green (Oller); his son Kyle Green; and his siblings, Bonnie Louise Barnes and Durward Lloyd Green.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marie Green (Robbins); his son Chris Green (Tracy) of Red River; his sister Anna Jo Gamble (David) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Maranda Hacker of Arlington, Texas and Colton Green of Mustang, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Torren Green; and his siblings-in-law, Glennis Stock (Don) of Hoyt, Patty Domme of Topeka, Gary Robbins (Vickie) of South Haven and Randy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
