It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Irene Kennedy in Pratt, Kansas, born in Pawnee Rock, Kansas, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse William Deckert and Faye Lillian Deckert (Kerns); her husband A. Merle Kennedy; and her siblings, Glenna Mae Johnson and Leon Deckert.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kennedy (Paulette) of Madison, Mississippi, Rhonda Richardson (Ron) of Wichita, Brenda Pilger (Don) of Wichita, Nancy Bailey (Jay) of Pratt and Julie Volske (Ron) of Salina; and her sister Shirley Brollier of Kinsley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grand children.
