He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Minnis and Vanetta Minnis; his stepson Larry Douglas; his wife Scharlotte Anne Forbes (Minnis); his daughters, Lee Ann and Michelle; his grandson Martin Jr.; his daughters, Tracy Minnis-Hadsell (Kent) of Hutchinson, Kansas and Shelby L. Minnis-Maxwell (Marcus); and his grandchildren, DJ Maxwell of Wichita Kansas and Kristin Calhoun-Minnis (Angonique) of Raleigh, NC..
He is survived by: his children, Jason Green and Bonnie Clark. He is also survived by adopted children, nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
A memorial fund in Larry's honor has been set up at Bell Credit Union in Hutchinson, KS.
