She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Virgil Herman and Joyce Jensen Schlumbohm Miller (Jensen); and her siblings, David Schlumbohm, Paul Schlumbohm, Debbie Nixon and Peggy Kroulik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandi Bolen (Bryce) of Andale and Teri Burghart (Vince) of Colwich; her siblings, T. J. Schlumbohm of Wichita and Lori Prothro (Randy) of Derby; and her grandchildren, Briley, Brin Bolen and Lincoln Burghart.
