He was predeceased by: his siblings, Viola Jean Orem, James "Jimmy" Orem, Josie Larcom, Leland Orem and Phyllis Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Kenna Cavanaugh (Paul) of Wichita, Terry Orem (Janene) of Preston, Cheryl Orem of Dallas and Karla Wallace (Art) of Kansas City; his sister Elsie Wolgamott (Curtis) of McCune; and also Gary. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
