He is survived by: his son Mark Rice (Mickie) of Cunningham; his brother Mike Rice (Bernetta) of Elgin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Roy Wheatley, Jr., Dillon Wheatley (Nicki) and Hailie Renee; and his friends, Mike and Kaye Popp of Iron River, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
