He is survived by: his parents, Darla Kay Humphries (Rosenbaum) of Pratt and Jeffie Humphries of Dodge City; his siblings, Zachary Bates (Shandrika) of Horton, J. D. Humphries (Rosy) of Dodge City, Jammie Humphries of Dodge City and Myha Thorne of Columbus, Georgia; his grandmothers, Bobbie Rosenbaum of Pratt and Marlene Humphries of Offerle; his godmother Jackie Allen (Kurt) of Dodge City; his niece Penelope Bates; and his nephews, Matthew Dickson and Brady Mayer.
