She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Otis and Mary Isabelle Merrow (Darling); her husband John Payne; her daughter Mari Stunkel; and her brothers, Howard, Maynard, Maesil Merrow and Julian Merrow.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Sims (Doug) of Pratt and John Payne (Crissy) of Ransom; and her son-in-law Robert Stunkel of South Hutchinson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Larrison Mortuary, Ltd. (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124).
Memorials may be made to Parkinson's Association or Rivercross Hospice in care of Larrison Mortuary.
