She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Johnson and Helen Johnson (Norris); her husband Ivan Cain; and her granddaughter Lacey Somerhalder. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathie Somerhalder (Randall) of Mullinville, Joan Coulter of Haviland, Martie Williams (Jim) of Haviland and Janet Miller (Jerri) of Wichita; her sister Billie Fickle (Bob) of Lenexa; and her grandchildren, Cristina Hayes (BJ) of Pratt, Garett Somerhalder (Morgan) of Conway Springs, Tandi Foust (Josh) of Protection, Taylor Brozek of Protection, Jamie Williams of Haviland, Evan Williams (Brianna) of Hutchinson, Nick Miller of Wichita and Ryan Williams of Haviland. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary, Ltd. (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (500 E Pennsylvania Ave, Greensburg, KS 67054).
Memorials may be made to Pratt Area Humane Society or Interim Hospice in care of Larrison Mortuary.
