He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob William and Zola Hamm (Megaffin); his wife Helen Sleeper; his children, Jerry Gene, Alan Dale and Cheryl Ann; and his siblings, Harriet Brown (Hamm), Laverna Swafford (Hamm) and Dale Hamm.
He is survived by: his sons, David Hamm (Rose) and Larry Hamm (Linda); his daughter-in-law Springs of Colorado; and his brother Lee Hamm. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 21 great, great grandchildren plus many more family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Isabel Church of Christ, Kindred Hospice, or Silver Maple Camp in care of Larrison Mortuary, Ltd.
