He is survived by: his spouse Goldie "Jean" (Hickson); and his children, Ace Phillips (Janet) of Lawrence, KS, Daniel Phillips (Michelle) of San Antonio, TX and Janet Tubbs (Wilbur) of Bentonville, AR. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
