He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Clark and Joyce Clark (Carson); and his siblings, Eugene Clark, Ronald Clark and Karen Louise Mayes.

He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Bolen (Bryce) of Andale and Teri Burghart (Vince) of Colwich; and his grandchildren, Briley, Brin Bolen of Andale and Lincoln Burghart of Colwich.
