With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Neal Cromer Sr. in Pratt, Kansas, born in Coats, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Susan Mercedes Cromer (Downtain); his siblings, Donald, Samuel Cromer and Kathryn Emerson; and his grandson Joshua Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jean Cromer (Heape); his children, Ruby D Kendall (Richard) of Wichita, Stacia Jacobs (Michael) of Belvidere, Marla S. Cromer of Pratt and Gary Cromer Jr. (Victoria) of Olathe; his siblings, John Cromer (Patricia) of Pratt and Ann Wegele of Albuquerque; and his grandchildren, Melissa Martin (Jeremy), Joseph Kendall (Kimberly), Michael Kendall (Penelope), Matthew Kendall (Sarah), Danielle Jacobs (Amy), William Cromer (David Weiler) and Rebecca Cromer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
