He is survived by: his wife Susan Elaine Newby (Bowe); his children, Amy Lynn Newby of Wichita, Benjamin Fredrick Newby of Imperial, Lynn Fredrick Newby (Melissa) of Wichita, Brent Fredrick Newby (Alicia) of Shawnee and Craig Fredrick Newby (Emily) of Wichita; his sisters, Carol Ann Tucker (Jerry) of Iuka and Lois Fay Robertson (Jim) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Catherine Lynn Newby, Kennedy Ann Newby, Lane Fredrick Newby, Liam Fredrick Newby and McKenna Rae Newby; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Tucker (Julie) of Sloan, Andrew Tucker of Portland, Oregon, Tracy Garvalena of Dodge City, Ali Robertson of Topeka and Amanda Christenson of Las Vegas, Nevada.
