He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Hoeme and Anna Margaret Hoeme (Thonhoff); and his siblings, Julius, Dwayne, Forrest, Gordon Hoeme, Dorothy Letholt-Huffman, Lola Daniels and Shirley Ann Hoeme.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Burroughs; his children, Ruth McFarland of Pratt, Eric Hoeme (Deanne) of Garden City and Luke Hoeme (Tammie) of Pratt; his sisters, Delsie Krenke of Haven and Audrey Miessler Jenisch of Great Bend; and his grandchildren, Nathan McFarland, Julia Robb (Patrick), Tanner McFarland (Victoria), Adrein McFarland, Addie, Allie and Weston Hoeme. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Kindred Hospice.
