She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Victor and Mary Lavina Powell (Baldwin); her husband Edwin "Jack" Dwight Frazer; her son Thomas Edwin Frazer; her son-in-law Roger Blasi; and her siblings, Marion Powell, Carrol Powell, Loren Powell, Thomas Powell, Hazel Sullivan, Lorene Roth and Norma Frey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Nixon (Dale) of Leawood, Cathy Blasi of Pratt, Sandy Foster (David) of Pratt and Patricia Benz (Roy) of Independence, Missouri. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Kansas Christian Home of Newton; Wichita First United Methodist Church Televised Programming; or Pratt Christian Women's Fellowship in care of Larrison Mortuary.
