He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Leonard and Philena Baus, Sr. (Scheuerman). He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; his children, Shawn Baus (Lisa) of Louisburg, Leigh Baus of Pratt and Dawn Irvin (Shane) of Haysville; his grandchildren, Gareth, Bridger, Drake Baus, Korbjn Baus, Blaine, Kiernan and Briar Irvin; his sister Gloria Blackwell of Hays; his nephew Reed Blackwell; his nieces, Brooke Deines and Spring Bentham; and his aunt Barbara Baus.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to New Beginnings Global Methodist Church or Farm Rescue in care of Larrison Mortuary.
