Eldon Wayne Sims Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldon Wayne Sims (Pratt, Kansas), who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Eldon Wayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sims and Dulcie Sims (Grunder); and his brother Kenneth Sims. He is survived by: his cousins, Lisa Petrowsky, Eleanor Strait and Sharon Dodson; and his siblings, Paul, Brenda Ford and Irene Wagner.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary, Ltd. (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). The military honors will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124).
Memorials may be made to Pratt Teen Center and Lemon Park Lights in care of Larrison Mortuary.
