He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Welli and Esther M. Welli; and his brother Larry J. Welli. He is survived by: his brother Stan Welli of Downers Grove, IL; his aunt Doris Ward of Pratt, KS; his nieces and nephews, Mike Welli (Jeanine) of Wichita, KS, David Welli (Megan Brooks), Steven Welli (Maureen), West Allis, Leslie Emmel of Janesville, WI, Lisa Welli and Susan Welli; and his close friend Jan Berry.
