He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blake and Bernice Blake of Pratt, Kansas.; and his sister Shirley Charvat. He is survived by: his significant other Helen Hanson; his brother Larry Blake of Pratt, Kansas; and his children, Richard Blake (Melissa) of Wichita, Robbin Blake (Denise) of Wichita, Jeffrey Blake (Becky) of Jenks, Oklahoma and Dedawn Blake of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of Old Mission-Heritage Funeral Home.
