She was predeceased by: her father Jim Monroe; and her pet Bandit. She is survived by: her mother Dovie Annette Monroe (Bale) of Iuka; her husband Joseph Koechner; and her stepchildren, Sarah Colbert (Roger) of Dodge City, Sheri Earheart (Jefferson) of Lamar, Jeff Koechner (Mariea) of Peublo and Anna Talant (Kile) of Dodge City. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Iuka Methodist Church (302 Mc Clellan, Iuka, KS 67066).
