She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Mae and James E. Rice; her daughter Janice R. Moser; her husband Woodrow "Woody" Williams of Pratt, Her; and her children, Nita G. Johnston of Pratt, Craig Willis of Valley Springs and Kevin Moser of Jefferson City. She was also cherished by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
