He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Louis and Flora Belle Dunnegan (Withers); and his brothers, Larry Dunnegan, Garry Dunnegan and Gale Dunnegan.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Dunnegan (Holmes); his daughters, Jo Lynn Lietzke (Don) of Wichita and Toni Bain (Daniel) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his siblings, Gerald Dunnegan (Erma) of Wichita, Marvin Dunnegan (Pat) of Wellington, Dennis Dunnegan of Ark City and Vallie Hesket (Dan) of Haven; and his sister-in-law Sharlyn Dunnegan of Wichita. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.
