He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vern Epley and Agnes Epley (Baxter); his wife Lorena Hoffman; his children, Clinton (Linda Choitz) of Canyon Lake, TX and Sharon Giggy (Randy) of Wichita; his granddaughters, Patricia 'Trish' Conard (Matthew) of Wichita, Krista Giggy and Becky Giggy of Wichita; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Lincoln Conard; his siblings, Verda Rader (Lyle) of Mullinville and Buddy Epley (Sue); his granddaughter Jennifer Giggy; and his brothers, Morlen, Charles Albert and David.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude's Research Hospital, in care of Larrison Mortuary.
