He is survived by: his parents, Charles Grover and Effie Julia Grigsby (Tusing); his daughter Parthena Owens (Roger) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his stepson Michael Dix (Kris) of Lenexa; his grandson Cameron Owens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his stepgrandchildren, Kendall and Caitlin Dix; his wives, Dorothy and Anne; and his sister Parthena Engstrand Foley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews Charles is preceded in death by his parents.
