He was predeceased by: his parents, O. L. Scarberry and Willa Scarberry (Shirley); and his brother Kenny Scarberryand (Tessa). He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Scarberry (Hadsell); his wife Sandy; his son Jimmie Lee Heintzelman of Pratt; and his sister Cathey McKulley of Tyler.
