She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn L. Shriver and Helen Shriver (Hibbard); her husband Charles "Chuck" Eubank; and her sister Karen Angle. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Eubank (Terra) of Coats, Dustin Eubank (Sara) of Coats and Ryan Eubank (Sarah) of Pratt; her siblings, Barbara Wright (Gary) of Elkhart, Kay Lucas of Wichita, Alan "Totem" Shriver of McMinnville and Harold Lucas (Patty) of Wichita; her brother-in-law Rod Angle of Ellicott, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Gaby Lynn Eubank, Kami Janae Eubank, Alexis Margaret Eubank, Aurora Mildred Eubank, Emmett Charles Eubank, Charleigh Julia Eubank, Wyatt William Eubank, Furr Baby and Autumn Eubank.
