He is survived by: his mother Joan Clark (McFadden) of Preston; his wife Teresa Lea Clark (Rathke); his sisters, Kim Novack (Dave) of Holcomb and Connie Clark of Pratt; his nephews, Cody Barilla (Hannah) of Pratt, Colby Barradas of Pratt and Keaton Christner (Aleisha) of Douglass; and his niece Cammie Willis (Nathan) of Durango, Colorado..
