He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Campbell and Delores Campbell (Prentice); his brothers, Roger Campbell and Wayne Campbell; his niece Rhonda; and his nephew Ben.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wes Campbell (Lori) of California, Rick Campbell of Iowa, Mark Campbell (Jess Moorman) of Iowa and Cheri Butler (Kim) of Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne Jr., John, Nathan, Gui, Laura, Lisa, Amanda, Kelli and Fran. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great great-nieces.
