He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Wallace and Madeline Mary DeVaney (Maas); his children, Courtney and Russell; his brother-in-law David Mandrell; and his father-in-law Tommy Bogart.
He is survived by: his wife Lorie Lee DeVaney (Bogart); his children, Tyler Paul Thomas DeVaney of Goddard and Megan Elysse DeVaney of Goddard; his sisters, Patricia Anne Mandrell of Tulsa and Mary Madeline Peters (Andy) of Austin; his grandchildren, Cameron Duane Winters, Bryant David Linthicum and Hayden Grace Landon; his mother-in-law Marilyn Bogart of Pratt; his siblings-in-law, Kim Pierron (Dennis) of Easton, Dee Dee Eastes (Bill) of Pratt, Jamie Barton (Greg) of Derby and Marty Bogart (Suzy) of Haysville; and his pets, Walter and Dot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
