He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Colbertson Coulter and Virginia McMallow Coulter; and his brother John Coulter. He is survived by: his wife Carole Josephine Coulter; his daughters, Anne Beautiece Shamet (Matthew), Catherine Coulter Wood (Philip Ciesielski) and Mary Kimberly Ahnen (Steve); his grandchildren, Fritz Coulter Wood, Thomas Matthew Shamet, Michael Jaeger Wood, David Coulter Ahnen (Katherine), Wayne Daniel Wood, Mark Coulter Shamet, Matthew Stephen Ahnen (Meghan), Paul Joseph Shamet, Catie Wood Bartlett (Sam) and Catherine Anne Ahnen; and his siblings, Deniece Moss and Kent Coulter (Anita).
